Robert Lempens
Robert is one of our founding directors and heads our Wills, Estates and Probate team.
Robert’s main practice areas are estate planning, including wills, enduring powers of attorney, advance care directives, contested wills, probate and estates. He also works in liquor licencing and criminal law.
Robert graduated from University of Adelaide with a Bachelor of Laws, and has since completed Graduate Diplomas in Legal Practice and Corporate Management.
Robert also regularly advises community forums on the rights of individuals in our society. He advises on liquor licensing matters to various community organisations, restaurants and clubs. Robert has also tutored in Succession and Estates law at the Flinders University Law School.
