Leonora works in our litigation team.
Leonora works in native title, representing Aboriginal groups and advising on native title agreements, Aboriginal Heritage matters (including applications under the Aboriginal Torres Strait Islander Heritage Protection Act 1983 (Cth)), commercial matters and governance.
Leonora also advises on Stolen Generation claims, National Redress Scheme for Institutional Child Sexual Abuse applications and civil claims, and has previous experience in the areas of family law, migration law and intellectual property.
Leonora strives to provide her clients with clear and practical advice to achieve excellent results in a timely and cost effective manner. Leonora has experience in complicated and challenging legal disputes, and the management of major negotiations and litigation.
She is also actively involved in the community and campaigns for law reform. Leonora is a member of several Law Society of South Australia’s committees and the former Vice President of the Women Lawyers Association of South Australia Inc.
