Immigration Lawyers

There has been a change in the law regulating the provision of migration advice and assistance.

As of 22 March 2021, lawyers are no longer required to become migration agents in order to be able to practise in this area of law. This is good for lawyers (less red tape!), but also for clients.

Senior Associate, Emily Rutherford, was in 2020 recognised as an Accredited Specialist in Immigration Law; one of very few in South Australia. This is an honour awarded only to practitioners who have specialised in the area for over five years, and after a stringent examination process.
