At Camatta Lempens we have put in place procedures to protect our clients and staff from risks related to the spread of Covid-19 while also ensuring that we are continuing work on your matters and new matters as before.
Business is occurring as usual. Our staff may be working remotely however there are no interruptions to the provision of our legal services.
We will be undertaking our engagements remotely by telephone or video conference rather than face-to-face until further notice.
While this isn’t our preferred method of conducting business, we are equipped for tele-conferencing and have electronic file management systems that allow us to provide legal services remotely.
The state courts, federal courts and tribunals have put in place procedures to continue cases including telephone and video hearings conferences, and the ability to file electronically (in some courts this is not new). Some cases will not be able to take place with these changes and may be postponed. We are monitoring all developments in the courts procedures and how this may impact your case.
Camatta Lempens is continuing to adjust office protocols in line with government health advice.
