COVID-19 Update – November 2021

COVID-19 Update

Your safety and the safety of our staff is of paramount importance to us.

At Camatta Lempens we have put in place procedures to protect our clients and staff from risks related to the spread of Covid-19 while also ensuring that we are continuing work on your matters and new matters as before.

From 23 November 2021 you must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 to attend our offices in person and will be asked to present evidence of your Covid-19 vaccinations when booking appointments and/or upon attending our office.

If you are unable attend our offices in person due to this, we will work with you to make alternative arrangements to work on your matter remotely by telephone or video conferencing.

We are equipped for tele -conferencing, video conferencing and have electronic file management systems that allow us to provide legal services remotely.

The state courts, federal courts and tribunals have put in place procedures to conduct cases including telephone and video hearings conferences, and the ability to file electronically (in some courts this is not new). We are monitoring all developments in the courts procedures and how this may impact your case.

Camatta Lempens is continuing to adjust office protocols in line with government health advice to ensure your safety and the safety of our staff.

We ask that you please email us rather than calling our reception:

We encourage you to stay abreast of the latest developments and advice from governmental authorities.

We are here to assist you during this time and look forward to continuing to work with you. Further information related to Covid-19 (including translations into multiple languages) and public health advice in relation to Covid-19 vaccinations can be found at the SA Health website.
