Your safety and the safety of our staff is of paramount importance to us.
PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND OUR OFFICES IF YOU HAVE COVID-19 OR ARE FEELING UNWELL.
Business is occurring as usual and there are no interruptions to the provision of our legal services.
At Camatta Lempens we have put in place procedures to protect our clients and staff from risks related to the spread of Covid-19 while also ensuring that we are continuing work on your matters and new matters as before.
If required, we are equipped for tele-conferencing, video conferencing and have electronic file management systems that allow us to provide legal services remotely.
Please note you must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 to attend our offices and will be asked to present evidence of your vaccination status.
If you are attending our office please note that mask wearing is preferred; and that you maintain appropriate social distancing; and follow any other safety guidelines that may be implemented as the situation changes.
If you have Covid-19 or are feeling unwell please do not attend our office in any event.
In response to Covid-19 the state courts, federal courts and tribunals have put in place procedures to conduct some cases by telephone and video conferences. The ability to file electronically is being used and in some courts this is not new. We are monitoring all developments in the courts procedures and how this may impact your case.
Camatta Lempens is continuing to adjust office protocols in line with government health advice to ensure your safety and the safety of our staff.
We ask that you please email us rather than calling our reception:
- Existing clients: please direct your query to your particular solicitor via their individual email or to their secretary.
- New clients or general enquiries: please email reception at reception@camattalempens.com.au or submit an enquiry through our website.
We encourage you to stay abreast of the latest developments and advice from governmental authorities.
We are here to assist you during this time and look forward to continuing to work with you.
