On the 16th of May, Camatta Lempens staff members walked alongside 360 people at the Annual Walk for Justice – hosted by JusticeNet SA.
This important event fundraises money to improve accessibility to the justice system – for those who need it the most.
Pro Bono legal assistance is crucial to the upholding of the justice system, as a means to guarantee that all people can be afforded a right to justice.
This year’s fundraiser, raised over $150,000, ensuring that JusticeNet can go on to continue their amazing work, providing legal assistance to disadvantaged Australians.
Special mention must be made for Charlotte Edwards, who raised $393.43 – the most of all Camatta Lempens participants.
Congratulations to all those involved, and well done in your constant support for a critical facet of the legal system.
