Termination, Redundancy & Transfer of Employment
Mergers and acquisitions are becoming more common and our industrial and commercial team can assist you in all aspects of this process, including business restructures and all aspects of the transfer of employment, treatment of entitlements including in the event of an employer becoming insolvent.
