Administrative Appeals Tribunal
The Administrative Appeals Tribunal has two separate divisions which can review decisions of the Department of Home Affairs.
We assist many clients seek review in the Courts of decisions of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal or the Immigration Assessment Authority to the Federal Circuit Court, the Federal Court and in appeals to the higher courts.
