Emily Rutherford joined Camatta Lempens in January 2016 with six years’ experience practicing in the area of migration law, specialising in refugee and family migration. She began her career as a Magistrates Associate and has also provided general, civil and family law advice prior to specialising in migration. She will be working with Stephen Kenny in the civil litigation team with a focus on administrative law and governance.
Emily has worked overseas with an international non-government organisation and has a strong history of volunteer work with various boards and committees. She is currently secretary of the management committee of the Refugee Advocacy Service of South Australia Inc.
